Return policy

Can I return my item(s)?
Yes you can. Returns are accepted within 14 days after date of order. After we accepted your return you will receive a giftcard worth the price of your returned item(s).

If you send us an e-mail please give us the following information:
- order number
- your name, adress, e-mailadress
- reason return

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

My order is incomplete, damaged or I didn't receive it

Please send us an e-mail: info@de-tandenfee.nl with the following information:
- ordernumber
- adress
- description of the problem
- pictures of how you received your package 

excluded products for return: 
Because of hygiene reasons we can not accept returns containing socks and earrings. 

Returns policy
- The products are in the same condition as you received it
- All cards/tags are still on it
- Returned within 14 days after purchase
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Please make sure the packaging is good. We can not accept broken packages.
